the product i am talking about is the razer blackwidow v3 tenkeyless

while gaming, i mostly play valorant so i do not know if this happens in general or if its game specific. I see  my game stuttering without any fps drops, 

i check event viewer and see this error repeating:

The Razer Chroma SDK Server service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 21 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 300000 milliseconds: Επανεκκίνηση της υπηρεσίας. 
the greek text meaning restarting service.

one time i let it happen and it reached well over 100+ restarts.

this happens when my keyboard is plugged in and doesnt care if razer synapse is running. I usually have it closed but it happens both when its running in the background and while it's not.

any clue what should i do? i have already updated to latest firmware and updated synapse, any other ideas?

ps: i have noticed that if i unplug my keyboard and plug it back in it sometimes gets better or fixes its self for the moment, not sure if that's just coincidence or has to do with my issue, since unpluging it and pluging back in doesnt guarantee a fix.

Well after I´ve spent an outrageous ammount of money in this company. I must say that I am completely dissapointed.  
Not only the Kraken headphones are breaking up  with it´s cheap cabling every year or so. But high end products like Nari Ultimate, being completely useless while connected to the computer, they create usb sounds connections every 10 seconds, because the power of the usb it´s not enough powerful to fully charge it, and it turns off. I´ve tried upgrading the firmware and it´s not even working. it´s a joke. The firmware program does not recognize the dongle or the keyboard connected to the pc. It doesn´t matter where you plug it. It looks like it´s an absolutely joke.

Now after I´ve spent THOUSANDS on my new computer 13900k 128GB ddr5 kingston fury, Asus Rogstrix 790F ,  Nvidia RTX 4900OC , with the following razer products, BLACKWIDOW V3,  Razer Strider… LianLi Razer edition CASE… 

I´ve got the impossible ussage of the USB sound comming and going every moment I want to play my only game PUBG. it´s like a joke. It starts the usb connecting sound every 5 seconds.  

I managed after 25 years of using windows to try to take a look at the log of Windows 11 to see who is to blame about this and it´s the 
“The Razer Chroma SDK Server service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 134 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 300000 milliseconds: Restart the service.”

I cannot play, work So I guess I am going to return all of this to amazon and get for ever out of my life Razer. 

It´s software it´s so heavy, that takes over the loading time of this amazing computer, but it ruins everything. Because without Razer Synapse you cannot use the configuration of your mouse, shortcuts and stuff. 

There is no solution, in all the internet, all these customers are not complaining, also the possibility of unifying the Leds in one app-.  

Brands these days instead of collaborating to use ARGB as the solution for interconnectivity they all push for their software. So if you own  Kingston memories they won´t work with anything. Razer does not recognize them, and you need to go to third party software to try to fix this.

It´s an absolutely shame that a company this big does not provide a real support to it´s customers.

Only collaborators that get paid for providing really low quality advices.

So Farewell I guess I will be buying from now on CORSAIR KEYBOARDS AND HEADPHONES. Get rid of this stupid software for ever.

i find it rather funny that i still have not received a response(even telling me that my pc sucks and the error is normal which could totally be the case if they told me so), seems its rather useless to ask for support to actual technical stuff.
