I have tried hard resetting (escape + caps lock + space bar)

I have tried different USB ports
I have tried using it without Synapse 3 open
I have tried everything

Top row keys and Tilde keys do not work on my Ornata V2
+1I’d try also on another PC if possible.
Try to bend the cable (near USB port and near keyboard) - maybe there’s some damage causing this?
hey, i’m facing the exact same problem with my ornata v2 keyboard, just want to know whether your issue got resolved? if yes, then what steps did you perfomed to resolve it?
