Trouble with Ripsaw HD Capture Card

I am having trouble with a 2 pc stream set up. I am having audio issues. If I get the game audio to come through, I lose audio in my headset. If I plug my headset into the Ripsaw Capture Card device, I still have no audio in my headset. Is my device defective? Or am I missing something?

    It would be best if we redo the setup before we try to troubleshoot. Please do so following our two-PC stream setup guide from here. Send me the serial number of your capture card if the problem persists. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
