Wrong mapping for symbol "\"


Whenever i bind the symbol “\” to a key, it defaults to numeric 2, for some reason.  doesnt matter what key i bind to “\”, it always defaults to sending numeric 2 instead.

I've started to experience this exact same behavior on my new BlackWidow V4 Mini - I swap the backspace and back slash keys for each other, and have done so without issue on a previous off brand gaming keyboard. I did however notice that it doesn't happen when I reconnect the keyboard to my laptop running Synapse. That seems to "fix" it until I swap the keyboard back to my machine at work... If I cycle to a different profile where it is stock or does not map the back slash key - the number 2 and @ symbol do not appear when pressing the regular back slash key.

Also Firmware v1.02.01_r2 
does not seem to fix this issue.
