I have the same problem… Also I can’t charge my mouse with dock. I contacted support about this. We need to wait I guess.

I checked the other Posts now & It is for 100% the new Release Update which is causing this issue for everyone.

the bigb Problem is that there is no rollback function in the synapse Software :(

We have to wait…

Same issue here with my Naga Pro. Mouse works per se, but won’t switch profiles or load any synapse-based settings. It’s gamebreaking, considering my muscle memory is heavily relying on these keybinds..

same. i updated and got a new Naga Pro today, and cant set it up properly. software wont recognize it. says it has 0% battery, when it doesnt. then suddenly 70%. im not seeing DPI changes on my monitor when clicking the DPI buttons. nor is the software showing it change profiles. even when clicking the other DPI options in the software, it is not changin it on the mouse as well.

Same here, this sucks, since you can’t use very basic functions like this!

Is there no possibility to download an earlier build and install it offline or something like that?

No there is no possibility to Download the Old Version.

i dont know why they have not added a rollbaxk function to the previous Version…its the First time that a Update broke Most Features. But a Feature Like this would be better for Both Sites. They can fix it while the customers can use the Old Version.

Same issue here and the charge indicator icon on my Basilisk V3 pro is now gone.  Happened after the 12/6/23 update.

Same issue here along with missing proper charge indicator after the update.

Same issue here. Lighting, battery level and remapped keys are working fine when my basilisk is plugged in.

HEllo, same issue on this part my battery 0% and all profile and macro too not working correctly and it comes from this wrong update pushed from yesterday…. This is amazing to not give a roolback way and having to wait to use our product… i think this brand is ended for me and i will change all my Razer product.

On another laptop where the Razer synapse is under the version 3.8.1031.110912 the issue is not present and with the version 3.8.1231.120616 issue is present…

Thank you RAzer for your dev and test...

Go to Control Panel > Recovery from there choose the desired restore point and restore it to a previous version where you didn’t update Synapse and once the process is completed then turn off Synapse Auto Update until it’s fixed. It worked for me...

Unfortunately my system restore was disabled for an unknown reason, so this doesn’t work for me.
