Status: Battery bar reads 0%, clearly has more than 0% charge. Internal memory profiles are inaccessible. Synapse errors out and needs to be exited out when trying to copy a profile to the mouse internal memory. There is another error when trying to return it to factory settings.
I downloaded and updated to the latest firmware which took successfully, it yielded no positive change. It did lock me to about 3000 dpi, despite what Synapse says it’s set to. I had to boost Window’s mouse cursor speed to compensate.
Get it squared away, I thought this was a professional peripheral company.
