RAZER SYNAPSE 3 " CONNECT MODULE " PROBLEM

Once I updated my RAZER SYNAPSE , the "Connect" module can't detect any chroma feature like "vivaldi","visuilizer" etc . I had let the RAZER SYNAPSE be reboot ,reinstall or evan reboot my laptop...but it doesn't work ....
Is there any suggestion that I can fix this problem...

After uninstalling, did you also check if all remains of the system are gone? Folder from Synapse etc.? You also have to right-click the components (headset, mouse, headphones) in the Device Manager to remove and uninstall them.
The best way to do this is to click on Restart with the mouse key, but keep the Shift key pressed while doing so. Then restart Windows and let it repair itself under Problem Handling. Then restart, unplug everything and only after restarting connect keyboard and mouse. Then it should work
