Hallo,

my Synapse 3 does not find ANY of my games.
I even can not add any games manually!



Is there any way to convince the Software to do it?

Ok guys this worked for me as @Costin2019 said you have to delete the GameManager folder, just delete all of it, just close all Synapse Apps before doing it(it wont let you delete it if Synapse is running)

reboot your PC and thats it, you will be able to add games again
My synapse won't even start up. I won't knock the software like the Tartarus V2 I'm using but there software is not the greatest.

Hi.. My Synapse3 works now properly after that file deletion and restart. I can add games, link them, everything is ok..

isn't it wonderful when you wait for tech support to give you a solution?

I see a couple of games and can link those I do see.
However some games do not appear in the list and for those trying to add them manually still fails.

Hi..Try delete this folder..C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager\\ServiceSettings.xml then restart pc....It worked for me and now my games appears in the "linked games" window so I can link them to any profile...
Funny story ...
There was an Nvidia graphics driver update avaiable today.
Since I installed that some of my games did show up in the profiles and I was able to link those.
However not all of my game and manually adding them still doesn't work.

I just contacted chat live support with that issue.
They wanted to have some log files from me which IU provided.
Waiting for a response right now.

Well I'd followed your advice and uninstalled Steam then reinstalled it..Same behavior, but an improvement :confused_:..Now the brilliant Synapse 3 sees the "Microsoft solitaire collection" as the only game on this pc..o_O.. Really, Razer ? I'm getting bored about this useless software...Why Razer sales devices based only on this bugged software ? This issue was reported since december last year...I think I'll shutdown the "Razer chapter" of my life and buy something else more reliable...Dumpster mode activated...Bye

Hi... All games I have are on Steam... At a certain moment Synapse3 detected all of them besides Pubg then stopped detecting ANY of them.. As I said my Windows 10 is up to date, but Synapse3 still don't detects my games...

Ok can you tell me if steam or game reinstall also dont fix it. When the issue start you remember what update or softwere was installed ? any info can help to find the couse of the issue.

Can you write what games you have issue and what launcher you use ? Also cheack you have all windows updates installed on pc.

Hi.
As I said, I've had the Synapse3 installed on 1809, worked a couple of days then stopped detecting games. Today I'd updated to 1903, still the same games detection issue...

PS : reinstalling Synapse3 didn't solve the problem...

If reinstall of 1903 dont help you can also try to go back to 1809 and see if on previous build you have the same issue

Can you try to download windows creation tool from microsoft website and make a update ? This will not delete or erase any data/apps installed just reinstall system files.

Mine was too.. just sudden death..:frown_::frown_::frown_:o_O
It only oocured for me yesterday.
Before that it working as it shoud.
I'm suspecting that it has something to do with the latest Window 10 update to build 1903.

Still no answer for me but anyway, welcome to the club... Maybe these days we'll have a solution, but I doubt this.. This issue was raised from december 2018...so...
I have the very same problem now.
I already tried re-installing the Synapse software and before that I manually cleared all previoous filed including the registry.
Nothing seems to help.

:smile_: I've a ticket to their support team regarding this issue.. If I don't get a soluțion in a reasonable period of time, I'll start returning all the Razer stuff back to merchands... Don't like to waste my time... :smile_::smile_::smile_:
