Razer synapse led to permanant ban of my valorant account

After buying the RAZER VIPER MINI i plugged it in my laptop and as soon as i plugged it in razer centrel and synapse got installed in my laptop and i started playing valorant.And after 2 or 3 matches my valorant account got banned and they were accusing me for using a third party application which would help in scripting(improve your aim and recoil etc).I had no clue which the application is and i went on sending messages to riot support telling that i have spend a lot of money on this account and i havent used any third party apps.Today from my intensive research i found out that RAZER SYNAPSE is the application that led to the permanant ban of my Valorant account.I have spend almost 400 dollars on my valorant and its all gone.Most of this money was made from doing part time jobs and other works.So, if anyone is using razer synapse on your laptop and playing games like valorant please do uninstall it rightaway so that your account is safe.I dont want anyone else to suffer what i am going through.

It’s bad news. If i was on your side i will fight. Every manufacture no matter who it is give you customization of your device laptop fans, battery, screen refresh on keyboard key binds lightning. Write to riot you use manufacture app that is required for device to work property. If they still will make problems ask they check matches you play to see if you use hacks they can do it becose have backups of them. If this don’t do anything go to ombudsman of consumer protection ław becose they have no right to block your account if you dont brake the statute of game. I hope this will help you and the problem will be solve.

Please send me a screenshot showing Valorant banned/flagged you for using the Razer Synapse 3.0 via PM so I can report it to our devs. Please save the file via any online drive account, then paste it into your message. I don't want to get banned again.So,I can't install the application on my laptop already I have lost an account worth 400 dollars and i don't try my luck again.And as riot has mentioned me not to try to open my banned account it's not possible to show it to you.All I can do is I can show you a ticket that I submitted to enquire if synapse was the reason for the ban.They wouldn't directly tell us that synapse is the reason because of their company policies.I am pretty sure I lost my account just because I bought this mice.Now If I install any Razer apps riot is going to HWID ban.That means that I won't be able to play valorant on my laptop ever again.All thanks to Razer since you helped me not only waste my 400 dollars but also the money I spend on the mice.

I understand. The team respects your decision not to install the Razer Synapse 3.0. If you can help send a screenshot of the alerts/warning when your account was banned and when you contacted Valorant's Support Team showing an explanation of the incident will be highly appreciated.
