Razer, we need to talk.

Your hardware is outrageously overpriced, which I accepted because I wanted to centrally control the RGB lighting of my PC hardware.

I could never have imagined such a disaster as what you call software in my life.

Even my 20 Euro Chinese mouse (with software) runs much(!) more stable.

So what are the issues? Naturally, the Razer Kraken V3 Pro is not recognized immediately, hence no profiles and no 3D audio – this should not happen with a 200 € headset. Currently, it happens 99% of the time that all Razer hardware is not initialized by Synapse.

We're talking about input devices with a value of 700 €.

Your software is simply driving me insane!

Instead of addressing the issues with the current software, you introduce "pointless features" (Who needs your Game Bar!? Who needs your shabby wallpapers!?! What is this nonsense?!?), or develop a new software with even more flaws.

For my part, I can no longer stand your garbage.

I have never had so many problems in my life as with your overpriced scam products.

All of this is going back via Amazon, and RGB lighting will then be controlled using open-source software.

And your support is just laughable.

Why should I contact your support when I haven't already done firmware upgrades/reinstalls/driver cleanings long ago?

What kind of circus are you running?

Sell sausages, PC hardware is clearly not your thing!

If youre trying to use the new Synapse BETA, Kraken v3 isnt supported yet.  I have the same headset on  Synapse 3  and it works fine?
