This video will show you how to use Alexa in Synapse to configure RGB lighting on Razer devices.

Alexa is a new module designed to bring Alexa Voice Service integration on Razer Synapse 3 for all Chroma-enabled devices.

Hi, it seems that the Oauth2 login flow for the razer synapse alexa skill has been broken on a recent website update, it is now impossible to enable the razer skill for alexa, as the site that it tries to use no longer gives a oauth callback to amazon

I'm glad you have an idea of what's actually going on , i re-downloaded the Alexa module and found out it didn't work

Hi all,

I just tried to enable the Alexa module today. I installed the Alexa module OK, registered with Amazon OK, setup my Mic OK. Alexa works OK for normal commands, such as the asking about the weather.

But Alexa won't do any Chroma related commands and when I try to enable the Razer Synapse skill it just takes me to the razer webpage with the 3 installation steps, which I've already followed. Could this be to do with my amazon account having 2 factor authentication? Also my Razer Synapse device on the Alexa devices page shows as Offline, although it's online.

Any troubleshooting advice?

Same here, like all the other people here said, Razor Synapse is shown as offline in the Alexa control panel after installing and linking Synapse with Alexa. I tried reinstalling multiple times with the same outcome: "Device is offline".

Please don't give your standard answer, give us paying customers a working solution.

Another poster on this thread has already figured out whats wrong:

It seems the failure is on your end Razer! Do something!
