Switching profiles

Hello,

I have an old chroma blackwidow v1 from like 2015, & in previous versions of Synapse, I recall being able to change profiles with a simple FN+number key and have both the key binds and chroma colors assigned to that profile easily changable. With this 3.3 beta, I have no clue anymore how to do it. I can create profiles for a game, changing the keybinds and colors for it, but they're seemingly separate profiles, and I have to change BOTH when I want to start the game. In the synapse main screen, I have to go to "keyboard" and select the profile from the drop down tab in the center of the screen, then I have to open the "chroma" tab at the top, and select another profile I need to create with the chroma colors I've input.

It can't possibly be that messed up.

Is there a simple way to link both keybinds and chroma color selections to a single profile, and is there a new way to assign those to keyboard binds like the old FN+num selection?

If there's not a straightforward way to do this, Razer really screwed this up. I don't want to be that guy that huffs and puffs and threatens to buy another brand, but I'm seriously considering a switch if there isn't a work around for this. It shouldn't be this hard to save a keybind to a chroma setting, save it, and assign it. It's making something simple very, very convoluted.
