Synapse 2.0 won't connect to my devices.

So recently I just got a new Razer Blackwidow Chroma and Naga Trinity (both are compatible with Synapse 2) and I want to customize the lightning on my devices. I downloaded a few profiles from youtube and use it on Razer Synapse 3 and it won't work because Razer Synapse 3 was looking for .chromaeffect but the file I downloaded was .razerchroma. I read stuff online about this and they said Razer Synapse 3 doesn't support .razerchroma files so I switch to Razer Synapse 2.0.

This is where the problem comes in. When I download Razer Synapse 2 on its website, I installed it, it doesn't work. I went on Reddit and a person got the same problem. They said to install the driver on this website: http://drivers.razersupport.com//in...iewdownload&downloaditemid=2116&nav=0,343,239. I downloaded and install it (the installing process is a bit different) but the same problem occurs. I even rebooted my PC, reinstall, disable anti-virus and all that stuff but same results. The person I asked on Reddit also uses Windows 10 and it DOES NOT WORK.

Please help me, I would appreciate it a lot. And btw, I use the latest Windows 10 and no virus on my PC.

Double cheack everything to give you anwear so the trinity not compatibile with synapse 2 for sure and there is no way to force it to work on older softwere. For your keybord it is hard to say you have blackwidow chroma from few years ago or v2 ?

So yea, I double checked everything, same results. But my Naga Trinity is not compatible is a fact but I'm very sure that my keyboard is working well and I just bought it for like a week so there's no way my keyboard is not compatible.

What model you own of keybord it will be a lot easy to anwear if i know what you are using 🙂 The next thing is when you have two synapse 3 comapatibile devices and you want only to use one in old you cant becose when synapse will run devices will to sync to this softwere the only way to bypass this is uninstall synapse 3 aand use only synapse 2 but you lose advenced control on your mouse.

Welp, Synapse 3 is only a Beta. So I'll wait until it's release and check it out, see if it's compatible with both file types.
