Synapse 3 doesn't open

Hi, I bought naga trinity today, before this, I had naga hex v2. Now, a few months ago I found that synapse 3 started support on the hex v2, so I wanted to try it, I installed it worked fine, but I tried to open it again a few days later, it didn't open at all, so I looked online, found that if I reinstall it, it works, so I did that, and after a few times working it like that it stopped opening at all, no matter what I did, so I just ended up using synapse 2 which worked fine. Today I bought naga trinity and I found that synapse doesn't support trinity, and it requires me to use synapse 3 which does not open at all, it shows up on the task manager but refuses to open up, nothing happens after the administrative prompt. So, can someone please help me with this?
