Synapse 3 Polling Rate Issues

I purchased my razer basilisk mouse less than a year ago and recently there's been issues with the synapse 3 software (not the mouse itself). I set the polling rate of the mouse to 1000hz but whenever I switch profile (i.e. when starting a game) my polling rate goes down to 500hz. Even though my polling rate goes down to 500hz. the software itself is still showing it is at 1000hz. I tested this by using this website https://zowie.benq.com/ja/support/mouse-rate-checker.html . The issue is while the mouse can be used at 1000hz polling rate, for some reason the setting gets changed to 500hz when the profile is changed. Same is true for 125hz. Polling rate still changes to 500hz instead of staying at 125hz when changing profiles. Anyone know how to fix?
