Synapse application's incoming update, after that, the Blackshark V2 headset I'm using can't perform any functions in terms of software. I will write all of these in bullet points and make sure it is understandable.
1- Synapse update arrived (Version: 20231107), I started getting an error while updating, and then I noticed a problem with the sound my headset was producing.
2 - I tried to repair the application. It didn't get fixed; the problem persists.
3 - I completely removed Synapse, deleted all the remaining files in Program Files, and reinstalled it. No matter what setting I adjust in Synapse, there is no change in the sound coming from my headset, as if it turned into a headset without a sound card. It didn't get fixed; the problem persists.
4 - I opened a case with Razer and shared all this information. A 72-hour waiting period was given; I didn't want to wait, so I contacted Razer Support on Twitter. They told me a few steps to follow; I did them, and the problem didn't get fixed. I am still waiting for the response from the case.
5 - Today, a new update for Synapse has arrived (Version: 20231110). They said they fixed all the things I mentioned. The update cannot be done! The situation is not resolved yet.
Please provide a solution now. It's been three days, and I can't use my headsets. Your response times shouldn't be this long. There is a problem, and it's not just specific to me; it's a general issue. Roll back your update.
