Synapse will not recognize Naga Trinity

I realize this might have the effect of shouting into the void, but I am desperate to get this fixed. My Razer Naga Trinity has worked beautifully and seamlessly with Synapse 2 for the past two years. And then I updated to Synapse 3. It simply will not recognize my mouse. I have tried every official and unofficial fix and it just does not matter. Dozens of fine tuned sensitivity profiles and binds are completely out of my reach now. This has been extremely frustrating so any help/ further advice that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.
