Macros turn off if I dont update?

RAZER people, My Macros have turned off and Synapse wont open. This always happens when I have a update pending ... Not sure how to fix this. Regards -Lucas

    First try to reinstall synapse. Remmove all razer softwere from your pc then go to appdata nad programfiles folder delete all files that stay and reboot pc when windows start go to razer website download new installer and install when you complete everything and it will be running cheack if something is change.
