My device keeps loading and doesn’t stop, I can’t click where it says mouse

Normally I would be okay with it, but my side buttons are binded with other keys and I wanna change it but I can’t click it.

I’ve reinstalled Razer Synapse, reinstalled mouse drivers but it still doesn’t work.
