I have the same problem.
I fixed my own problem. It turns out Synapse 3 loads itself when the internet connection is not available at this time.

If internet connection is not present, Synapse 3 crashes and hangs the internet connection until connection service is restarted ( I will record a dedicated video to show how this method works and I hope the folks from Razer find this useful too ). To fix it do the following:

1. Open windows services manager and set all Razer related services to "start: Automatic ( delayed )"

2. Open "msconfig.exe", go to "Startup". Write down all the Razer related commands that are being executed and uncheck the checkbox next to their names.

3. Open "Task Scheduler". Expand down its library and create a new folder. Name it "Razer".

4. Click on the "Razer" folder you created in point (3) and Right-Click in the white window on the right.

5. Select "Create New Task..." and a window will appear similar to the one below.

6. Give it the paths to the executables in point (2), make the task run with administrator privileges and only when an internet connection is present.

Today I will make a whole video for this so sit up tight.
The video is ready to be watched. Please Razer, fix that so not every user must go trough all that ;)

The error different after the last update. The problem is getting worse. I cannot fix it with the traditional method.
