sell those products with shitty drivers and buy from competitors - game without problems !

I just bought this headset a week ago and just noticed the INSANE CPU load it causes under Razer Synapse, and I'm really starting to regret my purchase, because there doesn't seem to be any chance of it getting fixed at all. It's my fault. I should've researched more before buying a defective product.

Your GameManagerService doing something wrong and keep WMI writing event log. Is it keep checking what games are running thru WMI every second? I do not installed any game! DO NOT HIRE kindergarten developers. Post the code here We can FIX IT. Namespace = root\\cimv2; NotificationQuery = SELECT * FROM Win32_ProcessTrace; UserName = NT AUTHORITY\\SYSTEM; ClientProcessID = 2036, ClientMachine = LLL-PC; PossibleCause = Temporary Id = {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}; ClientMachine = L-PC; User = NT AUTHORITY\\SYSTEM; ClientProcessId = 2036; Component = Unknown; Operation = Start IWbemServices::ExecNotificationQuery - root\\cimv2 : SELECT * FROM Win32_ProcessTrace; ResultCode = 0x80041032; PossibleCause = Unknown

Help what? Razer Synapse 2.0 have Bass Boost, and 7.1 if u kill the process You dont have this. Sorry for English.

This solved the problem with Synapse3 killing the CPU with Windows 10 WMI exceptions. The important step is to do the reinstall with "run as administrator". (Courtesy of Razer support) Update Microsoft OS • Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates Uninstall and re-install Synapse. • Go to the control panel>program/program and feature> click on uninstall the program. • Find the Razer Synapse and click on uninstall. • Go to: https://www.razer.com/synapse-3 and download the Synapse. • Right click on the downloaded installer and run it as Administrator. • Follow the instruction and wait until the installation is finished. • Restart your PC

Unfortunately, this does not work with Synapse 2, which is the software required for the Electra V2 headset.

The only other things I did differently: 1. Put my firewall in learning mode: I have Tinywall sitting on Windows Firewall 2. Moved my Razer devices from a USB hub to direct USB 3.0 ports. Windows picked up different drivers for the devices. But I may have been solving a totally different issue: GameManagerService was calling WMI and throwing a lot of errors in Windows event log under: Event Viewer-> Applications and Services Log -> Microsoft -> Windows -> WMI-Activity -> Operations

Yes. The Snoopy solution is always an option. “No problem is so big or so complicated that it can't be run away from!” ― Charles M. Schulz, The Complete Peanuts, 1959-1962

Yes, but in this case it's like fight windmills to fight imaginary evils or opponents from Don Quixote's charging at windmills under the delusion that they were giants

So will this ever be fixed, or looked at, or even acknowledged? It's extremely frustrating that I bought a product and can't use it because of shitty drivers.
