Razer Mouse Dock Chroma - Installation failure

I have the same error with synapse 4 worked fine with synapse 3 before. 

I'm using the most recent viper ultimate drivers (through manual updater)

It is for sure synapse 4 error. They probably not included some drivers for dock or something in windows 11 blocking these drivers to be installed.

I submit a ticket and waiting for response.

You should do the same.

did you get any update on this? my dock isnt getting installed and my blackshark v2 hs isnt even showing up.

Customer service keep asking for something but now i see that they will back in two days.

Check also if your mouse is on synapse 4 list. You can find the list in download section of synapse 4.

i checked already but still work fine with syn 3 but not 4. i tried everything, reinstall, reset computer, check the usb connect but still nothing

Support wrote that they pass case to software dev team. I need to wait 7 days.

Some problem here. Razer Mouse Dock Chroma - Installation failure in new Synapse 4. Retry button doesn’t work when I want to reinstall mouse dock.

Same problem with Synapse 4 and Razer Mouse Dock Chroma, no issues with Synapse 3.

Fixed here. new synapse 4 update. Thank you, Razer Team.

I just installed Synapse 4 today. Both the viper ultimate and the dock installed correctly but Battery Level effect is not working. All the other quick effects are working correctly. It’s a bummer because having the battery level color on the dock is really helpful to me.

I had problems with v4 at first.  It does not install the drivers of  my 4 mouse docks properly.  I also reinstalled v4 multiple times but it still did not work.  I reverted back to to v3 and all of my mouse docks were detected.  I reinstalled v4 but this time, i did not uninstall v3.  It worked.  All 4 mouse docks are in the dashboard of v4.  Screenshot below as proof that it worked.
