I am using Synapse 4 for keyboard Death Stalker V2 pro and mouse DA V3 pro (pairing mode). Yesterday, I still used Macro on Keyboard well (I have been using macro for couple months on the new Synapse). But, today, I could not use any Macro, unless, I switch to wired mode. :((
I have no idea if there is a update on software or my device has a problem?
Please help.

When will we see support for the 2024 Model Line of Laptops?

Congrats on the new synapse 4. However I am still noticing that the razer raptor 27 still is not being detected by synapse, like the rest of my devices I have, despite following all of the steps. Really hinders the full rgb set-up and hopefully a fix comes soon.

Awnnnnn... Thank You So much. Among 1.2 million testers I was drawn.

It was an immense pleasure to be able to participate in this very important phase for the evolution of this company that I love so much.

I joined the forum today to raise an interesting question about Razer Synapse and came across two big pieces of news:
- Razer Synapse Beta has left Beta and is now Razer Synapse 4
- I was drawn from among 1.2 million beta testers.
What a joy!

After installing Synapse 4 my Blackwidow V4 pro keyboard not works with an cheaper keyboard I reinstall synapse 3 and it still doesn't work.

Did we get an update on all the known issues which were identified during the beta testing?

I’ve read that profile imports from v3 are still not possible.

Does v4 work offline now or does it still require an Internet connection to operate?

Try a Windows Restore Point for a date before you've installed the Synapse 4.
Synapse 3 would work again.
If you want to try Synapse 4 again you must not just perform a normal uninstall but a clean uninstall of the Synapse 3. I forgot the page that teaches you how to perform a Clean Uninstall but it is somewhere on the web or in this forum.

Received my keyboard about an hour ago and love it. Feels substantial and well made.. Keys have an amazing click without sounding or feeling clunky or plasticky… OLED Screen is great, but I thought it would be colour… That would have been even more AWESOME.... (note for next time Rzr). 

Quick Question tho.. Can I connect both this and a Basilisk V3 Pro to the Mouse Dock Pro. Been trying for about an hour in difference combos, sequences and settings. Nada, Niente, Nuffink.. Cannot get the keyboard to connect to Mouse Dock Pro.. (I know it’s a mouse dock, but it does say it can connect 2 devices, 1 being a keyboard and the other being a mouse).. 

Any ideas?

A bug I reported 5 months ago still hasn’t been fixed :/

The THX light on my Razer Kraken Ultimate no longer illuminates, but worked perfectly fine on Razer Synapse 3.

Ran the Beta for a bit, was pretty rough.
So jumping in was a bumpy ride.

Getting BG3 to do its lovely colour thing with devices was really fiddly this time for some reason, ended up installing Cortex to see if it would help
Didn’t seem too, got this work eventually with having to disable then enable options in game settings / Chroma.

Cortex had issues, freezing Windows a bit.

Some how ended up with two synapses installed!?  After doing an update.

Just uninstalled everything, installed Synapse 4 and Chroma without Cortex this time.

Made a few new configs, everything just worked, nice.

Do like how the devices also store settings

Do like how all configured macros and modules were automatically imported even after a full uninstall.

Seems to be running smoother / a little more responsive now.
Speculating having two versions (Current / Beta) trying to compete with each other hopefully being behind the crunchiness of being in Beta
