Hi, is the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Phantom Green Edition still not supported?

The Razer Synapse for Mac compatibility list shows support for Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K | RZ01-0524, but my Phantom Green version (Model No: RZ01-0524) is not recognized when plugged in.

All system permissions are granted, and the mouse works for basic input, but I can’t configure any settings.

please add the razer basilik v3 to supported devices please

I check every day. Please make Tartarus Pro available on compatible devices. I use it every day for video production, but it's really inconvenient to use on a Mac because I have to use so many different programs.

I would really love to test, have a lot of Razer products. Actually mainly using my Razer huntsman Tournament edition and my Razer naga Trinity, I have installed the synapse but sadly no support yet.

Request to add support for Razer Basilisk Mobile, due to its form factor, has many use cases with mac, and travel, this support is a must and alternatively a huge deterrent for users to buy that amazing product.

While there is no need to support all gaming features on Macs, you should still support the full lineup of productivity products, especially the new releases, like Pro Click V2.

Left feedback through the app but also leaving it here. All just little quality of life things to make things just that much better.

  1. App Icon needs to get a little more 3x/High Res/HiDPI :)
  2. There should be a ‘Check for Update’ button somewhere… preferably in the Menu Bar as well as the Software settings. Currently, neither seem to exist.
  3. As Synapse/StreamDeck/Logi Creative Controls all are heading in the same direction… Synapse should NOT call what seem to be what everyone else calls “Profiles”… “Games”.
    1. ‘Linked Games’ should be called “Linked Apps” – as many folks will want to use the macro features for creative or productivity software programs (including plane old Chrome)
    2. Per the screenshot… notice how that dropdown list represents “Profiles” but it calls it a “Linked Game”. Even if they are two different things… this is pretty confusing.
  4. The “Macro” module… is just confusing name wise. Where else is a user exposed to the word “Module”?
  5. Firefly V2 Pro icon is just a rounded rectangle…. and that’s confusing when it’s next to other icons that actually mean something. This could be updated.
  6.

New is on the left, old is on the right. This is just comparing the `Distribution` package info (from `RazerSynapseInstaller.pkg`). My local version of Synapse prompted for an udpate so I updated and also downlaoded the new installer from the same link provided in the original post.

Currently, when you close the Synapse window, the dock icon is still present along with the application icon in the app switcher. When you quit (CMD+Q) Razer Synapse, the application exists completely and the system tray icon disappears. This is a bit “sloppy” as you would expect an application with a system tray icon to disappear from the dock, and application switcher, when you close all its windows (or quit).

Any chance we can get this option enabled without me having to modify the code myself? When we close (or quit the Razer Synapse Application), it should “minimize” to the system tray. Below is my “example”.

Devs,

I have found some issues within the `mac/hid.c` that are causing the driver and app th crash.

I observed the support for Basilisk Mobile was recently added, appreciate the consideration of community requests!

Please also consider supporting the Razer Pro Click Mini, its also often used for productivity on Macs.

Thank you for adding support for Pro Click V2.

so are you adding support for naga pro or are you forcing me to buy the newer version?

Not sure how and it took over an hour and multiple restarts to get it, but I finally have access to use the Basilisk V3 Pro with Mac OS. Sometimes the tab for it will not show but if I go to the battery dock I got with it, there is a “Configure Polling Rate” and if you click on it, it will show the mouse settings, including lighting and DPI.

Thanks for adding Mac OS finally. Razer has been my favorite to use for a long time but because of the lack of software support, I was using another known brand.

Thank you Razer for Synapse 4 for MacOS!

Hardware - MacBook Pro 16”, Apple M1 Max, 64GB RAM, macOS Sequoia 15.5

I have a Naga pro mouse P/No: RZ01-03420100, purchased about 5 years ago.

The Naga pro is in the Synapse 4 for Windows support list but not in Synapse 4 for MacOS.

Please add support for Naga pro P/No: RZ01-03420100 in ynapse 4 for MacOS.

Looking forward to Naga pro V3 with updated hardware and features.

It makes no sense for me to buy Naga pro Naga pro V2 now.

I hope the developers will add support for Naga pro P/No: RZ01-03420100 in Synapse 4 for MacOS.

Now Synapse 4 for MacOS does not see my mouse.

2 months later still waiting for basic devices to be added - why even launch synapse for mac in this state.

A huge thank you to Razer for finally addressing its loyal base of Mac OS X users.

I also wanted to share with you that I was successfully able to install the Synapse Mac Preview, but encountered an issue. It is as follows:

Upon using the “pairing utility” of my Razer Naga V2 Pro, trying to pair my Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini keyboard, it initially had some difficulty recognizing the keyboard, but it finally did after my fourth rescan. After successfully recognizing the device as “BlackWidow V3 Mini” keyboard, it then defaults into “UNKNOWN 625” device.

After I return to the Razer Synapse Dashboard screen, the program does not show any other device (my keyboard) other than my Razer Naga V2 Pro.

At the end of the day, I am thankful that the keyboard works on its own, yet I will remain hopeful someday, as a Mac user, I will eventually be afforded the same Razer Synapse utility that Window users have.  Again, thank you for all of your efforts in bridging the gap between Razer hardware and software with Mac OS X!

Much appreciation,

John
