Dear Razer,I have tried to use promo codes on my recent order (Pro Click Vertical mouse) but none of them seem to work on the EU-EN shop (10 euro newsletter, 20 euro loot reward, 10 euro RSRSQUAD code). Hello, I need clarification regarding the promotion dedicated to the 20th anniversary of World of Warcraft. On the promotion page https://www.razer.com/campaigns/wow-20th-anniversary, there is a list of items with their corresponding in-game rewards.When adding items like the keyboard and headset to the cart, the promotional items correctly appear as gifts both in the cart and on the checkout page. However, with the RAZER MOUSE DOCK PRO, which is listed on the promotion page, this does not happen. Is this a bug? Can I proceed with the order without concerns? I am interested in purchasing the dock regardless, but I would like to ensure I can also receive the World of Warcraft-related items.Thank you for your support.

When you go to the collbaoration/campaign page, it show some peripherals. One of those is the Razer Mouse Dock ProBut when you go to the page to buy it, it doesn’t show the “gift” sentence/tag as it does in the Razer Naga V2, for exampleDoes it mean Razer forgot to put the tag and i will receive the codes or does it mean that Razer failed on the website node and put a peripheral that doesn’t count for it?

I’ve got a €20 promo code from finishing my account setup that’s supposed to be eligible for any purchase over €100, so I was going to use it when ordering the Deathadder V3 Hyperspeed but it’s rejecting the code for some reason. I’m assuming this is an error caused by the product being new or something along those lines. Would love for this to be sorted asap (since the code is only eligible for so long) so that I can order what seems to be an amazing piece of gaming equipment.

Hi, I was shopping for a Razer Blade 14 and I found something weird about the prices.Basically if I connect to my student account then the price is higher than with a non student account.As you can see, the first screenshot is with a normal account and the second one is with a student account.
