Two weeks ago the forum was attacked by bots with advertisements and spam. The moderators managed to delete and block several bot accounts and deleted many spam topics. However, when they deleted/banned/blocked many accounts, they accidentally banned mine. As I couldn't log in here, I managed to speak to Razer's support team via the Reddit website. They treated me very well there and after a week of conversations and exchanging information, they solved my problem and now I'm back to share experiences and help the community. Thank you Razer's Support Team.
