The webcam on my Razer Blade 15 2018 Advanced is still not detected. It's been broken since last yet, and Razer has done nothing to fix the issue. I'm out of warranty, and I refuse to pay money to repair a hardware flaw. I hope Razer addresses this issue by issuing a recall or at least providing users with a replacement external webcam. I take very good care of stuff, so it's certainly not from user error.

The Pro 17 mid 2021 got 130W with Dynamic Boost 2.0 (115W + 15W dBoost), but I rarely see it above 115-120W (live monitoring with Afterburner overlay) therefore even using it. It seems only to get activated when CPU is below 25W, which seems kind of to low, since nearly no game what so ever uses only 25W on the CPU and even when I set the CPU to low on synapse which limits it to 25W PL1 the GPU didn’t what to go above 115W constantly. When I set CPU to low, limiting it to 25W PL1, I kind of see the GPU very shortly boosting above 120W but not really using the full potential of dynamic Boost. My Blade Pro 17 (11800H + 3070) not using the full 130W potential. I don’t think Dynamic Boost 2.0 is well implemented here. It is nearly impossible to get the 3070 to use the advertised 130W, even when u kind of know what you are doing. I hope @Razer this gets revisited with a new BiOS. Also want to know if it’s the same for you guys?

Please please please razer, add an option in the bios where we can turn the battery off because I know 80% or more of gaming laptop users keep the machines plugged in all the time. It's been 9-10 months since I purchased my beast which I absolutely love but the battery is already buldging and I repaired phones for a living. This could be extremely dangerous, so please put a change in the bios to turn off the battery. If there is one I am sorry but I can not find it and searched the entire bios. Thank you.

After 12 days of use, I found my Razer Book 13 has a gap/crack on the bottom of the lid that is progressively widening as it structurally levers the bottom of the lid to lift the main body for better ventilation. Has anyone else noticed this?

Only the primary key characters are illuminated - this is the only issue with my Razer Book - very annoying considering the cost - such a shame! ☹️

Hello, I got my 11800H/3070 Blade last week. But it seems that it ain't stable. are the Cortex Balanced Theme is really able to deal with the heat. Cause I Saw that in some cases- my CPU got to 100C and froze the computer. The only thing that worked for me is to put the Fan on fixed 4500RPM. Any advice here ?

Hi, is there a way to keep the battery at 80%? Maybe a setting to prevent the battery from charging at 80%? Because my Razer Blade Stealth 13 is always plugged in and somebody told me that it‘s not good for the battery to be always on 100%.

Hi, is anyone having issues with their RGB flickering on their monitor? Also does anyone know if i can control synapse via USB 3.0? The new rig i got doesn't have USB-C (which is used to control synapse) since it was a prebuilt. (mainly got it because of the 3080)

Hi. I've got a Blade Advanced with a broken IC circuit I think. I can't wipe or backup the drive myself before sending it in since my blade can't really turn on. I don't really have any alternative way to interface with the nvme. Do you think it'd be ok if I just physically took it out before sending it in? I have a lot of important stuff on there and the thought of it getting formatted without me being able to back it up, or even worse, lost somewhere is keeping me up at night.

My Razer Blade 15 keeps shutting down. It dims like it is fixing to fall asleep and then instead of falling asleep is shuts down completely. Is also does this while I am in the middle of using it. The laptop is plugged in, so it's not that. Also, this battery in it isn't even a year old yet. I had to replace the battery last year because it wouldn't hold a charge. Is anyone else having this problem too?

Requesting some tear down photos from you lovely people - I think I might have damaged a little component while using an SPI flasher clip to write modded BIOS files and I have no idea what it is so can't replace it without that info! Specifically a zoom in of around the main BIOS chip with heatsink removed would be a big help. :)

I cant seem to find anything related to xmp in the bios.

Hi There - I've been looking around, but can't find an answer anywhere. Is there anyway to automate the power on/off for the Razer Blade 15s? I have my laptop docked and the power button is inaccessible without undocking and opening the laptop. I'd like to set the device to automatically power on and off, but I haven't found the feature anywhere (checked BIOS). Does anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks! Sean

UPDATE: as @dudepare01 correctly states, the actual performance depends on both the CAS latency and the RAM frequency, apparently inversely proportional to the former and directly proportional to the latter; so, simple math shows that CL16@2666MHz is actually FASTER than CL20@3200MHz... CL17@2933MHz beats the former as well. The actual percentages rounded to two decimals are: (2666/16) / (3200/20) = 104.14% (2933/17) / (2666/16) = 103.54% (2933/17) / (3200/20) = 107.83% So, fixating on 3200MHz while ignoring the CAS latency is a patently *bad* idea. To beat the CL17@2933MHz combo, CL18@3200MHz would be needed... -------- After my first misguided attempt, I'm looking for recommendations. Had I been more careful and read all the comments on the product page, I should've guessed that these Crucial Ballistix modules probably won't run at their advertised 3200MHz in the 2021 Blade 15 (with no XMP support). Hey guys, i have some problems with my Razer Blade 13 and my Astro A50 Headset. When I connect the Headst via the Docking Station the sound is not working, I just hear sounds "sometimes" but mostly nothing... I tried a lot of stuff already like reinstalling audio driver, deinstalling razer synapse etc. but nothing fixed it :( (Also reinstalling windows) I also asked the razer support but they couldnt help me either... So you guys are my last hope :S :D I hope anyone of you guys can help me :)

Hi! Does anyone have any advice or experience with this? When I set my RBA to dedicated graphics I am able to change the brightness of the screen with the Keyboard shortcuts. However, when I turn on NVidia Optimus in Synapse 3 - the screen brightness is maxed out and cant is changed. I performed a clean install of windows when I first purchased the laptop and updated it using Microsoft Update and Inter Driver and Support Assistant. Fixes I have tried: - Reinstalling synapse 3 - Reinstalled the Nvidia driver - Device manager > display adapter / Monitor > Generic PnP Monitor (making sure this is selected) Thanks for all your help!

Hi! I have the RZ09-0313x with 16gb installed ram. Can I put in another 16gb ram card? Is there a recommended one I should use or can it be any dual-channel DDR4-2667MHz? Is the installed ram 2 x 8gb sticks? What is Razer Book 13 max supported SSD speed. Laptop support PCIe Gen4 and 2Tb of storage, so technicaly is capable of even 8000 MB/s. I want upgrate to Samsung PM9A1 512 GB, and question is... Laprop can reach that speed? And what about voiding guaranty?

I've been buying almost every single Razer blade since it first came out ages ago. Been changing laptop every 2years and looking at Dell's 240w slim charger makes me think Razer is being chased out by competitors on portable slim products. They really needs to make slimmer lighter laptop charger given they prioritize slim and portable products. I'm sure Razer fanboys including myself would make a purchase.. Just saying

Black Camo skin- lid only. Looks sweet, protects from scuffs (stuff always seems to get stacked on laptops in my house) and more importantly - No Fingerprints! Super easy to install, but one tip- DON'T use a heat gun/Hair dryer like you would when putting a skin on your phone. There is no reason or need to stretch the skin, it fits perfectly. I was too hasty and had to trim a omegle corner that got over stretched when it warmed up. I thought the heat would also help with adhesion, but it's not necessary. Thanks

Hey everyone! I am unsure if anyone else is experiencing this issue, but I I think I may have discovered a bug or a non-working feature on my new Razer Blade 14 2021. I noticed when the device has been "Shut-Down", it will no longer charge when you plug the charger into the Laptop when it is off. Noticed this on several occasion during my Photography tour and attending a few of my photoshoots with a non-charged device. Luckily I did bring along my Razer charger to juice it up - but it did get me by surprise a few times. I have also noticed my Razer Blade does not attempt to charge with a 97w USB C Charger - I was wondering if I am required to purchase the new Razer GaN 100w charger to use the USB-C Charging feature? I am looking forward to hearing what you guys have in mind / experienced.

My phone is now entering the 4th year of its service and I cant complain about the performance, but the battery lasting time, which is decreasing more and more. As I had searched the net I found only substitutes from China but nothing to find at your support page. So, in order to keep my phone in full functional mode and with fresh capacity with a new akku the question is, how could I get a correct and appropriate battery or do you offer repair elsewhere into your shops in Germany via 3rd party supplier? If this is the wrong section moderators pls feel free to move, the navigation here is pretty mean. Any helpful answer highly appreaciated.
