My english is not so good but i wil try my best to explain the situation. Everytime i want to open the progrem it says Failed to start. How can i fix this i have done all the updates and i unplugged my razer mouse and keyboard but the program did not open. I hope i will get answer soon as possible. Hello, im here because im having some troubles with the og mamba. As i've seen razer's site isn't sellingi t anymore, and probably that's what is causing my issues, but sincerly, after i've spended 170$++, i would want a Top Tier mouse, not a mouse that only causes problems. Dunno when this started, but some days ago i've found out that synapse 2 isn't detecting my mouse. I also have a blackwidow v2 and some man o' wars that work fine. Wouldn't want to trash a mouse like this so im here to ask for some help. Thanks for your time!

Hi! As the thread title suggests, my 2016 Razer Blade Stealth is acting up for the first time in 3 years. So all of this started when I tried to update to Windows 1903. So the issues I am currently facing are: 1. My laptop freezes after rebooting, irrespective of whether or not there is an update installation pending. I have to long press the power button and restart for windows to boot up normally 2. I am unable to install/download most windows updates. Had to install Windows 1903 manually via media creation tool. 3. Every time I check for updates, the laptop starts heating up. Same heating up problem happens when I connect (USB C) it to an external monitor (LG 27UK850W) 4. I am unable to left click on my touch - pad (right click works perfectly fine). Gestures are also not working (even after downloading the precision drivers). I tried contacting the support team with the same issue a week back, there has been no revert. Hopefully I can get some help over here. Thanks! MM

Hello. I have just purchased a Razer Core X Chroma and I'm thinking of getting a GTX 1660 Ti to go along with it. Just that on the Core X Chroma "Compatible Graphics Chipsets" list, it doesn't say that the 1660 Ti is supported. Is the list just not up to date or is the 1660 Ti actually not supported?

I bought this laptop around a month ago as my first razer product, and I've really enjoyed my experience with it so far. Unfortunately though, I noticed that occasionally when I move the laptop around the right-side hinge will make a sort of click sound. (kind of like this). It also clicks if I press on the right side of the hinge. Does anyone have the same problem or have a solution for this? and will this issue cause problems in the long-term?

I have noticed that with my mid 2019 blade 15 (RTX 2070 max-q, 9th gen i7) upon startup, the fans go to 100% randomly. I pulled up the task manager to see if anything was running in the background but there was nothing. CPU only at 2 to 3%. Ram at 20%, disk below 5%. Gpu at 0%. I tried waiting 5 minutes to see if they’d slow down but nope. I had to shut it down and boot up again to fix. It was on battery not plugged in. Synapse has fan speed set to auto. I did notice it was the first startup after a windows update. In fact, this is the second time I’ve noticed this happen right after an update... is razer aware of this bug?

I am new to this forum, but I think this should be the place to ask for some feedback :) I am looking to replace my desktop with an core x chroma ( moving my 2080 over from my desktop) to make this a more portable system. I have an Acer predator x34p ( 3440x1440p) monitor and I have an high end gaming desktop 9700k 2080RTX. but I am looking to go laptop for traveling etc. I am looking at an RB15 2070 to be the machine and off an core x chroma to connect everything. question 1: would an 2080 be able to push that monitor via the core x? 2: I play a lot of EU4, Stellaris, wow, wows, wot, call of duty etc, some real cpu heavy games ( late game). is the 8570h ( i9 version ) good enough for this type of setup gaming. 3: and is the blade stealth good enough for this setup ? or should I just stay with the blade 15 2070? yes I know price to performance is in the favour of the desktop. but I do really want a laptop to take on trips :) I am selling my desktop except the GPU an

Hi, I purchased a Razer core X GPU to use with my dell xps13 laptop for gaming about a year ago. For the first 6 months everything worked perfectly, I don't really play many graphic intensive games, probably best one would be monster hunter world but that is about it. Even now I only play League of legends. Anyways, problem started about 3-4 months ago, while connected the core will just disconnect and I have to reboot once or twice and then it will reconnect again. At first i thought could it be the USBC wire being faulty? Tried looking for a firmware update for the Core X didn't find it, should i try to update my thunderbolt 3 software? I can't find that either tbh, I went on dell and my current version was already higher. I think its a great system, works fine, but the random disconnects do get annoying while playing competitively. Anyone run into a similar issue and find a fix? I scoured the net, didn't see a solution. So now I am here humbly asking for other core users advice. TH

I just received a 2019 Blade Stealth as a replacement for my 2017 blade stealth. I am having an issue with updating my laptop. Every time I restart my laptop, a text box displays in the lower left of the screen that tells me to update my system. It links me to Razer support, but Razer's website says that the page is not found. I have tried to link to the early 2019 laptop update page to manually install updates. This does not work either. as the Razer updater says that my laptop is already up to date. Does anybody have any insight into this issue.

I have 2 razer mouses and primarily use one of them, when I plug in my abyssus v2 into my 2015 macbook pro 13 on MacOS, it often crashes my entire system and forces to restart. ------------------------------------------- I can't record the error since it crashes my whole system. furthermore, every time I adjust the light setting in Synapse 2, the application crashes. --------------------------------------------- I can record this since it only crashes the application. Hello My router is due for an upgrade and with all the smart devices I now have plus my 1000 Mbps Comcast speeds I think it's time especially now that my Razer has WiFi 6. The only device getting close to 1000 is my gaming desktop which hits around 900-950 on good days. It's also the only Ethernet connected device. Everything else is around 300-500 on WiFi, with the exception of my iPad which doesn't seem to get above 300 and usually hangs out at 250. Anyway I'm thinking of getting a WiFi 6 router from Asus or another Nighthawk Any advice, experience, or expertise someone is willing to share? Much appreciated

Hi Razer Community, I have exhausted every option to find an answer to this. I convinced my boss to order a Razer Stealth 13.3 for work rather than the Lenovo Carbon, because I mean come on its honestly a mini spaceship. However, the one caveat is that it does not appear to support LTE cellular connections out of the box. He does many sales visits, and insists on having a built-in cellular connection. So the Razer Stealth 13 has an Intel AC9560 wifi card inside. As far as I can tell this chip supports LTE, but after speaking to an Intel Support Representative (yea they have a live support team, crazy right?) he mentioned that they build those cards OEM for the manufacturers and only the manufacturer can confirm if it can be done. Hence my question: Razer Team & Community, is there really absolutely no way whatsoever to have a cellular connection work on this super sweet laptop? It is literally the only thing that this puppy doesn't have, but for the business-oriented user of this p

I have owned this laptop for about little more than a month now and for the past two weeks now the right side fan has been making a rattling noise, it goes away sometimes but now it has gotten worse and too loud to ignore. I use the laptop for mainly recording audio so this is a massive issue whenever the fan kicks off and I am trying to record at a studio. The laptop hasn't been dropped, damaged or miss handled in anyway. Has anyone ever experienced this problem and is there anyway I can resolve it without having to send the laptop back? This is my only workstation so I can't risk having no machine and then having to reinstall all my tools again.

So I recently purchased a razer core x and gtx 1070 to bundle with my razer blade 15 1060 maxq. Because my laptop now has intel UHD, dedicated 1060 maxq and external 1070 there is 3 GPU's. My problem is that in the nividia control panel there is no difference between the 1070 and the 1060, just inegrated and high performance. My current solution is to disable the driver for the 1060 but then when I take my laptop away from home it only has integrated graphics. My main use for the EGPU is to take all the graphics strain away from the laptop when at home but because I am not using a external monitor (yet) it still uses the gpu's in the laptop as well as the external. To sum my long question up *Can I eliminate using any internal graphic's cards and run the laptop's screen off the egpu *Can I distinguish between the 1070/1060max without disabling drivers

Hello, I’ve got a brand new mid 2019 Razer blade advanced. I downloaded all the drivers and am ready to reinstall windows from a bootable usb stick and all drivers from a separate usb stick. I’m running into an issue though and it’s when I choose F12, I only have one option to boot from. I thought, okay, maybe I need to turn on another option in the bios, but I don’t see how to do that either in the bios. I’m hoping there is something I’m missing here. I’ve done this a few times with Alienware laptops and the Razer blade stealth 2018. This is the first time I haven’t seen a usb option. Is there No option for boot from USB in this model? Can a kind savvy person post steps to set that option on this model? I am stumped. Slaymetender

I have my setup like this so I can play my PC games on the TV. The Razer Blade is in my room. I think the Nari Ultimate and Xbox One Turret 2.4GHZ USB connections are conflicting with one another, is there any way I can resolve this? When one or the other is off its fine.

I just bought a blade stealth graphic version, but this version is only up to 256GB, so I want to upgrade it. First, does replacing it void my waranty? Second, what do I do to the replaced ssd? Last, what ssd should I buy that has the same speed as the one that cames? If it does void my wanranty, I think I should consider external ssd, which is conplicated to carry around.

Hey everyone: Am I the only one that's severely pissed off about the up key being put next to the right shift button? I ALWAYS hit it. It's a disaster. I have to type off scripts and speeches, and when I go to do a capital letter or any symbol on the left side of the keyboard, I end up pressing "up" which puts me on another line, changes the field I'm working on, or worse... I don't notice it and several minutes later I've got a steaming pile of text because the cursor has moved so much it's undecipherable. This needs to be RECALLED. It's GARBAGE. I KNOW that I can macro that key, but WOW, this is a 2K plus computer, it needs to be right in the basics of input. It's CRAP! --Oz

Hello, I'd reply on this thread: /docking-station-for-razer-blade-14-2017.45034/ but it's locked. I know this laptop is a couple years old now, but it's still a great laptop and I'd like to get a USB-C/TB3 dock that gives me external display/keyboard/mouse capabilities AND supplies power to the Laptop over the USB-C connection. In chatting with Razer Support today, they seemed to think any USB-C dock that supplied at least 165W of power would work. Has anyone had good luck with a specific brand? Love to have a little assurance before I order. I've tested my Blade with a Caldigit USB-C dock and it works fine, but does not provide power to the system (not surprising as it's an 80W dock). I've seen threads suggest the Lenovo TB3, but it won't provide power. It appears Dell has a couple different models: WB15 and TB16. Of those, the TB16 looks the most robust and both are available in 180W configurations. I'm not a huge Dell fan, especially with this not being a Dell Laptop. A

Hi, I have tried a few Lenovo laptops including the X1 Extreme and Yoga. I noticed that when the laptops are on battery, they are dead silent but when they are plugged into the AC outlet, they became noisy even idling or when doing basic productivity/youtube tasks. How is the fan noise of the Blade 15 Advance 2019 with RTX 2070/2080 GPU and 4K touch screen?
