Fan sounds like it's hitting something

Hi everyone, bought a Razer 2019 laptop and from when I took it out of the box it sounds like the fan is hitting something when it spins. Thought it was normal however for what I paid I've started to get very frustrated at it. Has anyone else experienced this?
