Nommo and audio cable

I recently bought a new computer with separate sound card (Creative Sound BlasterX AE-5 Plus (PCI-e x1) Sound Card w/ Dolby Digital Live, and DTS Encoding). I've always just had the Nommo speakers plugged in through USB. So I'm not sure what is going to be the best audio cable to get. Do I need one with just 1 connection on both ends or do I need to get a splitter to connect to both the Right and Left connection on the card?
