cant open razer synapse

everytime when im starting razer synapse it crashes at the loading screen. i cant even uninstal it cause i have the same problem with the razer installer. ps: sorry my bad english

    Man i have the same problem i dont know how to fix it too maybe razer support will help us

    same! the past week or so im not able to open or delete the app. it just keeps telling me to "retry"
