Synapse latest Version.. Lighting Profiles will not import
Hi,
New to Razer products and I am so far impressed with the hardware but what's the point if the software support is next to useless, I have the Razer Ornata V2 and the Firefly V2, neither of which I am able to import any other lighting profiles into, the Synapse software just will not complete the process.. So unless some very kind soul in these forums can assist me then both of these items will be going back to the vendors for full refunds and I'll just purchase from another brand, very very frustrating, can anybody please tell me what i'm doing wrong if anything..
I got to Studio, hit the 3 dots, go to import, find my various profiles in the folder I've made but the import button is just faded out, so ????

Bristar68Hey there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you tried downloading the sample Chroma lighting profiles from this site? Please follow the steps from this link and see if it helps.
