Please help troubleshoot my power problem - Razer Nommo Pro


As of last night my Nommo Pro has been working like a charm, great sound, fun and precise tuning abilities.. but after shutting down last night and going to bed and getting up this morning, something was very wrong. When I pressed the power button on the control dial nothing happened. Normally you get some lights reading the volume level but there was no light indication that it had any power at all. I've taken the steps to check all connections top to bottom. I tried different surge protectors, wall sockets, even switched up my usb configuration. Nothing seems to make any difference. It's as if this thing isn't even plugged into a power source... Any ideas (other than utilizing a warrantee I don't have/ qualify for)?

Same here. Problem started this morning, was fine yesterday. After extensive troubleshooting, one nommo pro speaker works, the other does not.

@Calebrounds If they don't even power on, then there isn't much that we can do but look into your RMA options. But if your PC still detects them, we can try to update the firmware of the device. @tonyjt42 Please send me the serial number of your speakers so I can help you update the firmware. *Thread locked to curb the conversations to PMs.
