missing "quick preset" on my chroma ornata

hi, does anyone have a solution for missing quick preset light modes on my synapse 3?

    You try to remove all razer softwere from your pc then go to programfiles and appdata folders delete all files that stay on your hard drive next will be go to windows device menager and remove your device from your pc and reboot when windows boot plug keybord and wait windows will install driver when finisz go to razer website and download new installer for synapse install it and cheack if the issue is still.

    Hi I already tried all of those and even created a new razer account after the clean install. I will give it another go.
