i got the razer tartarus v2 the other day and ever so often when in game it seems like the d pad key gets stuck and i have to wiggle it to make it so i can play i dont know its a hardware or software issue

    If it's the same bug I'm experiencing I think it is a problem that the key is pressed even though the key is released. This happens occasionally. And if you press the key that is causing the problem again, it will be released. This is a problem Razer has left for a very long time. I have experienced this issue with the Razer Orbweaver, Razer Tartarus V2 and Razer Tartarus Pro. A similar problem can be found by searching for "razer tartarus key stuck". I came to see if there was any progress on this issue today and found this post. Razer, can you help us with this problem?
