Razer synapse

For some reason, my razer Kraken X is not appearing on the razer synapse software. This is actually my second Kraken X as the first developed this really annoying crackling noise after a couple of weeks. But for whatever reason, it just won't come up. I have tried to manually sink it and it appears on the chrome devices page but not on the actual software. Does anyone know what I could try to solve this issue? Thanks

    Any 3.5mm mini-jack headset will not appear in Synapse, because it cannot pass any data to the PC. Only USB headsets can do it, so they're recognisable by Synapse software.

    Ok, thanks. Is it possible to get an adapter to USB?
