Cannot assign side buttons Razer Deathadder Elite

Hi I cannot assign the side buttons in Black Ops 4. anyone able to give some advice or help?

    Try via synapse keybind just re-map them for something else you can choose in game, Create profile for game link it and remap keys :)

    thanks. That worked. I would have thought that COD Black ops 4 would recognize side buttons. Anyway it works.
