Razer Firefly (Cloth edition) is not detecting on Synapse 3
Hi,
Synapse 3 is not picking up my Razer Firefly (Cloth edition), I have reinstalled Synapse 3 a couple of times and the same problem still persist. I don't have such problem when on the old Synapse. I have look through the Insider forum but to no availability for the fix. Please kindly assist me on this.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Do you have devices that are not Razer Synapse 3.0 compatible? Also, do you have Razer Synapse 2.0 installed on your computer? Please clean install Razer Synapse 3.0 only by following the steps here. Let me know if it helps.
