Mic echo on Nari Ultimate

Whenever I'm playing any game, there is an insane echo through any voice chat I use that feeds back my headset audio. The mic only picks up sounds near my face anyways, but the headset is too loud and goes into the mic as well. Isn't there any way to stop this?
