Synapse 2 doesn´t recognize NAGA Left-Hand (2014) anymore...

Hello folks, the Title says it all. My Naga isnt recognized anymore by Synapse 2. Everytime i open it up it shows the screen where it says to plug in a compatible Device to Manage. That happend after i setup an new Amd Rig. Win 10 (2004). I never managed to fix this issue, so im not able to get into DPI settings or whatever. Even the Device Manager in Win10 doesnt recognize the Naga by its name. Tried several fixes that are known across the net, even YT. Killed all non-used usb ports. Tried all ports i have, reinstalled Synapse a thousand times. Checked Framework, plugged another mouse, installed Syn.2 then plugged my naga e.t.c. Doesnt matter , it wont recognize it... So u know what my Question will be XD If u guys out there have something special i dont know about to get this fixed, i would donate u a beer or 2! The Naga is still fine, but i hate the fact i cant do any settings in there ... Pls help a Naga Buddy :-) greetings
