Razer Raiju Tournament Edition Mercury Trouble Installing On PC

Trying to install this new controller I just got off Amazon. How do I update the firmware first off and then install to my PC hardwired? I press the PS4 button after I switched to the PC setting on the bottom, it turns blue but never connects to PC. I tried downloading the driver for the black edition, but no luck including the firmware update software. I have an all white PC rig, mouse, keyboard and headsets and now this controller... Anyone have any tips or know where I can get the software to update this controller to the latest firmware and also connect to my PC hardwired? I guess its back to my black Wolverine Ultimate for now...

    Did you download the firmware update directly from the Razer website? Do you mind sharing a photo showing the issue? Upload it via Google Drive, then send the shareable link via PM. Also include the serial number of your controller. That way, I can verify its model and assist you further. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
