Kraken Pro V2 mic issue

Hi, I would like to receive help about an issue I got on my Kraken Pro V2 headphones. Getting to the point, the audio from the headphones goes perfectly, but the microphone does not generate any type of noise. I tried everything, from updating and uninstalling my headphones drivers, testing Realtek HD audio options, buying and using a splitter for mic and audio device, increasing my mic volume, enabling my mic and putting it to 16 bit 44100 Hz CD quality ETC. I've decided to make this conversation because I've tried to search really deep into the forum but I am unable to find the solution. Hope I receive an answer. PD: I don't have Razer Surround Sound software, but I really don't think I will find the solution there.

    Have you tried connecting it to a mobile phone and check if it yields the same issue? Try to isolate the behavior by performing the steps from this link. Should the issue persist, do send me the serial number via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into other solutions.
