BlackShark v2 showing as Man O War

I was given the Razer BlackShark v2's by my old job as they were closing the location(Best Buy). They do work and can connect to the computer, but in Synapse and in device manager it tells me that I have the Man O wars. However, my serial number and model match the BlackSharks, could I have gotten the wrong soundcard(model RC30-0192)? Would that even effect which headset Razer says I have? I have tried the detection tool and reinstalling Synapse neither has worked, I don't mind getting a new headset, but this one was free so I would like to have it work! Thanks in advance Y'all!!

I have also tried to update them, but when I do I can't get passed the plug in headset. (I'm assuming that since my computer thinks they are another one it can't see that it is plugged in)
