Fn hoykeys?

Is it possible to add keys to the Fn button? What I mean is, when I press the Fn button on my Razer Cynosa keyboard, a few keys light-up white while the rest turn off. Is there a function I can add to my keyboard so when I hit the Fn key, I will have the normal keys but I will also have ones that do what I assigned them. For example, lets say I had a Macro and I wanted to assign it to a hotkey bind of Fn + M Is that even possible?
