Thunderbolt 4 dual monitor setup

Is the Thunderbolt 4 compatible with a Thinkpad and Acer 2K monitors? I can see one and my device manager for the display only shows an option for one screen...help?

Are you referring to this model? It can support dual displays (even 4K) with a 60Hz refresh rate each. However, it does rely on its three Thunderbolt 4 ports for the video out. Please check the following:
  • Connect the dock to a Thunderbolt 3 or 4 port.
  • Verify that the cables used are rated correctly to support the Alternate Mode with display port v1.2 and above.
  • Check all cables are connected properly and on the correct port.
