Leviathan V2 X Firmware not updating! Help!!

So I just got my leviathan V2 X soundbar 2 weeks ago and now I ve this new firmware update and I just can get it to update! It's just stuck there at 99% and I've waited for hours and nothing.... Can anyone help me resolve this plz? Tks

It's best that you redo the update. Are you using a USB adapter or hub? If yes, try to plug the speaker directly into the port. You can also try to reinstall the driver in the device manager and reboot your PC before you try to run the updater again.
