Question

My razer nari ultimate headset mic is very very low volume after a synapse update

bytesignsYaleBlue296

ever since I updated my Synapse app my mic can’t be heard at all on anything like Discord or any mic tests online or Messenger i can only hear my mic from the mic test in Synapse this problem happened to me after I updated the app i have tried everything you can think of. setting my mic to default removes everything related to speakers and mics to keep my Razer Nari the only thing my PC sees. the only way my mic can be heard is just by using an aux cord but the audio is so bad. please i need this to be fixed i have been like this for months. please don’t just tell me to update my drivers or update windows or update anything since i already done all that multiple of times and unstalling and installing fresh windows.

Finnally got it fixed. I have tried lots of things, but the latest ones that are:

  1. Removed Razer Synapse and all remaining folders (for a fresh install)
  2. Uninstalled the driver of all Razer devices on Device Manager
  3. Installed Razer Synapse (rebooted every time asked)
