Brand New Razer Blade 15 Wont Turn on or show any Charge Indicators

ive tryed everything i know but my Brand new razer blade 15 wont turn on, and to beat that i cannet even connect with any support. 2 days and the chat wont connect and the Phone system is no longer acepting calls what am i to do any ideas?

    update* i have discovered that i have to open to and close the laptop multiple times till it finds the sweet spot of where i stop opening and then press the power button that will let it turn on. almost like its a sensor that is telling the laptop to not turn on because it still thinks its shut, any solutions or ideas?
