Nari Ultimate Xbox to PC isn't Detected

Hey everyone!

I have an Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows (10) setup and appears to be OK, according to Device Manager.

I am attempting to get the headset to pair with the USB dongle and it isn’t working. When pressing the pairing button on the adapter, no lights or anything. Then, powering on the headphones, it shows a steady, slow, green logo on the sides, like it is connecting, but then it turns off.

Is there another method to get these detected via the Xbox Wireless Adapter?

The Razer Nari Ultimate paring tool does not detect the adapter, which I think is expected.

Also, is there a way to factory reset this headset to remove any prior connections and force pairing?

Thank all!

OK, figured out how to re-pair the headset.

When turned on, hold down the power and volume/haptic sensitivity roller button. The headphone LED’s started blinking quickly. Then, used the adapter’s pair button and it was detected.

Didn’t see any of this in the instructions.

Hope this helps someone.
