Raiju Ultimate Right Stick problems

I recently bought a Raiju Ultimate and when I play the right stick start to move without touching it. I'm running the 1.03.01 firmware but nothing has changed. I want to know if there's gonna be a fix for this problem or I can just send it back to the shop? Thanks for your attention.
